Daily Goals 11.14.13


  1. Run
  2. Perform a quiet act of service
  3. Spend at least 10 minutes of one on one time with K. and be present
  4. Make it a point to notice the small things that M. does and express gratitude for them
  5. Create a space to track daily goals
  6. Write down something I am grateful for
